  1. 1st:
it is definitely user friendly but the navigation and layout is too common

    2nd:
try design a background related to the loaf..maybe something Japanese since the baking style originated from traditional japanese baking techniques? that's what the current identity lacks anyway. The white are on the top and the orange background. if you ad something there then it should be ok

    3rd:
it does fit the whole bread theme but then again, they're lacking their main selling point which is the traditional japanese baking technique.

    4th:
    same as the 1st haha

    5th:
umm as in attractive, i think there's still room for improvement

  2. Q1
Practical & easy navigation. basic layout = common

    Q2
    - Experiment more on the background layout. the identity/colour of the existing bakery shop.
    - Avoid unnecessary white spaces (top & bottom site).
    - Nutritional facts not the main selling point. talk more about the ingredients used in the bread.
    - About us page seems lost?
    - Contact page: making an order or drop a question at the website?

    Q3
does give an attraction of food but no unique selling point of what makes The Loaf different from other bakery shop.

    Q4
same as the above. not necessary have to focus on warm colours.

    Q5:
looks welcoming. can be improved =)
